We purchased the property in 2013 and lived on-site for five months while Villa Zafiros was painstakingly rebuilt. But VZ wasn’t our first project.  We’ve designed and built award winning properties in other locations. We understand style and how to work with the environment we find ourselves in. Utilizing local, high quality craftsmen and choosing an architect that “gets it", the results are noticed and appreciated. Visitors from all over the world have spent time in our homes.

It's possible you've not encountered property owners as selective as we are. Villa Zafiros is our home and is filled with cherished possessions. Therefore we restrict rental considerations to couples, adult parties (maximum of 6) and families with extremely well-behaved children who respect the property of others. We simply ask you to treat our home as you would want us to treat yours. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. Although you are welcome to love and feed Peanut, the neighborhood dog.

We encourage dreamers, artists, writers, global nomads and all-around good human beings to write with questions.  We relate to adventure-seeking, kindhearted couples and families interested in experiencing life, but not from the lounge of a cookie-cutter resort hotel. Herd mentality is not our style.

As you can see from the map above, Villa Z’s location is perfect. Such close proximity to the beach and the plaza means you can come and go as often as you like, day and night.  You’re there!

One last thing. The amazing images we’ve shared with you on this site were taken by us during our daily strolls through town and while we’ve explored Riviera Nayarit. This is our life in Sayulita and it can be yours during your stay.
